HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Almost all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Standard mail can take from 2-4 business days to reach you, depending on where you live. So your order should reach you within 3-6 business days of us receiving your payment. (Add another 1-2 days if you’re in a very remote area.)

WHAT ABOUT LARGER ORDERS?

We do not ship larger amounts than those listed on our order form. We provide cannabis products for personal, recreational and for businesses as well.

CAN SOMEONE TELL WHAT’S IN THE PACKAGE?

Our packaging is top discreet and nondescript. Everything is sent vacuum sealed and there is no smell. We use various fake return addresses, and our packages blend in with all the other mail.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

Orders over $200.00 Nationwide (Canada) receive free Regular Canada Post shipping. Unless you want your shipping expedited as per the additional options below all orders you make will receive free shipping over $200.00

You are able to expedite delivery with these additional paid for delivery options.

WHOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Nationwide

  • Delivery: All orders are guaranteed by Canada Post to arrive on time, with the exception of Newfoundland, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories.
  • Delivery Options: Orders over $100.00 are shipped regular delivery. You are able to expedite delivery with these additional paid for delivery options. Regular Parcel, Expedited, Priority & XpressPost Parcel.
  • Payment: Must be received before 1 pm  Monday–Thursday (excluding holidays).
  • Delivery Delays: Depending on your location, some smaller towns or remote locations may have a slightly longer delivery process.
  • Weekend Orders: We do not ship out parcels Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order over during those days, your parcel will be shipped out the following business day once we have received payment.
  • Free Regular Delivery: Orders over $100.00.
HOW IS THE PACKAGING DONE?

Our packaging is very discreet. All packages come from a non-identifiable company and are vacuum sealed.

DO I GET TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, once your package has been shipped via Canada post you can track your parcel from the Dashboard. Your parcel tracking number will work after 5:00pm. Any tracking numbers send out after 12pm on Thursday will not work until the following Monday at 5:00pm.
